How to Keep your Spirits Up and Remain Productive during this Quarantine
This Quarantine has left many of us in a bad state. That bad state for you can be mentally, physically, or both. I know that having to stay inside most of the time has taken a toll on my well being but because this may be our reality for a while, we must find ways to work around the inconveniences. Here's a list of things that have helped me and perhaps will help you as well. The feelings of anxiousness and sadness is something I do experience from time to time, but I believe to change that you do need to build yourself through healthy habits. 1. Journal I always say this because it works. You probably have a head full of thoughts and emotions, and the moment you write them all down is a step closer to understanding why you feel what you feel.
